This Italian family fell in love with France and opened its workshop in 2013 in search of new flavors. Today it combines tradition and Italian know-how with the quality of local products from the Côte d’Azur.
Welcomed by the family, you will be told the history, secrets and tricks around the citrus fruit that attracts thousands of visitors: the Lemon of Menton, flagship ingredient of production of the House.
You will continue your morning with an outing in the city and a visit to the charming garden of the Orangery, created at the end of the nineteenth century, adorning the exterior of a Palace of the Belle Époque.
To finish, you can’t escape the tasting of one of the creations of the House, the famous Ravioli with Menton Lemon.
In the afternoon, it is on the heights of Menton that you will discover the family farm operated since 1988.
During the guided tour of the orchard, you will discover more than 250 trees (including more than 100 lemon trees) that produce 10 tons of fruit per year. Specialists in citrus fruits and particularly the Menton Lemon, the crops are part of a process respecting the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) of this species.
You will harvest some citrus fruits that you will be able to taste on a terrace with a view of the sea and then you will be able to taste different delicatessen products made on the spot: jams, liqueurs, aperitifs, syrups, olive oils and flavored vinegars.
To complete your day, a small gift will be given to you but you are free to go home with a lemon tree or some fresh fruits.
