We know this news will be particularly disappointing, especially for those of you looking forward to your upcoming trips. Please be assured that we share your disappointment and are doing everything in our power to minimize the impact of this closure on you.

Despite the trust you have shown us over the years, our “Business” branch—which represented a significant portion of our activity—unfortunately saw its long-standing clients leave for purely economic reasons. This mass departure had a devastating impact on Heaven Travel’s financial stability; reality, unfortunately, has caught up with us, leading to the cessation of an activity we would have loved to maintain.

We wish to inform you that all payments already made for your upcoming travels, including those for canceled stays, will be fully and promptly refunded. We also want to emphasize that our entire operational team fought tirelessly to avoid this outcome. Their professionalism, dedication, and the quality of support they provided have always been at the heart of our commitment. This decision was beyond their control and in no way reflects upon them. We thank them for their courage and resilience until the very end.

The Heaven Travel spirit—built on discovery, wonder, and unforgettable memories—has been one of the most important values of our work during these wonderful years. We sincerely hope that, despite the disappointment this news may cause, we were able to support you in the best possible way and help you see the world according to your dreams.
