Summer is officially underway, and with it, the festival season that brings the French Riviera to life. From Nice to Juan-les-Pins, music is in the spotlight, delighting locals and tourists from all over the world.
The Nice Jazz Festival, set to run from July 24 to 27, is undoubtedly the flagship event of the season. With an eclectic lineup mixing jazz legends and international headliners from the pop and electronic scenes, the festival promises to be a memorable occasion at Place Masséna and the Théâtre de Verdure. It’s the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the city’s unique atmosphere while enjoying high-quality music.
A little further west, the Jazz à Juan-les-Pins Festival began on July 10 and promises ten days of exceptional concerts under the pine trees. World-renowned artists are taking to the legendary stage of the Pinède Gould, with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. It’s a magical setting that attracts thousands of music lovers every year.
Finally, for classical music lovers, the Menton Music Festival will take over from July 22 to August 8. In the enchanting setting of the Basilica of Saint Michael the Archangel’s forecourt, the chamber and orchestral music concerts offer a refined and intimate cultural experience.
