DAY 1 - Arrival in Tromsø

Arrive at Tromsø Airport and pick up your rental vehicle. Tromsø is the city of adventurers looking for unforgettable experiences. Since the mid-19th century, it has been an Arctic hunting centre and a starting point for expeditions. Located at 69 degrees north - Tromsø is 320 km above the Arctic Circle. Tromsø is home to the most northerly university in the world, a brewery, a cathedral, a glassware, a botanical garden... All this in a beautiful setting surrounded by spectacular mountains and crystal blue water.Finally, the city has some of the highest levels of Northern Lights activity on Earth, making it the ideal destination for observing this phenomenon. DAY 2 - Tromsø - Snowshoeing and Aurora Borealis

Breakfast at the hotel. Tromsø, located about 2000 km from the North Pole, is a research, education and business centre in the Far North. Tromsø also has a cultural scene, and a famous cuisine combining fish, game and international spices. Residents are known to be welcoming and largely English-speaking. The people of Tromsø love their city, and they can’t wait to tell you why… From Tromsø city centre, travel for experienced walkers with snowshoes on top of a peak with stunning views of the Kvaløya Mountains.Take advantage of the guide’s knowledge and climb to the top of Kvaløya to admire the fjord below, the game will be worth it! At the end of the day, small group aurora hunting for an intimate and authentic excursion. In the company of your French-speaking guide, you will travel around Tromsø in search of the magical lights of the Northern Lights. Soup and hot drinks will be served during the tour to warm you up, and your guide will explain how to take the best photos possible. You can also borrow a tripod to take stable and sharp photos. DAY 3 - Tromsø/ Alta - Crossing the Lyngenfjord and marriage in an ice chapel!

Departure from Tromsø: you cross the spectacular Lyngenalps region, mountains ending abruptly in the Arctic Ocean, creating a dramatic and splendid landscape. These summits remain covered with eternal snow in summer, adding yet another dose of magic to the painting. In winter, the Lyngenalps are very popular with off-piste skiers who hike to the top and take advantage of the pristine snow to descend in front of a breathtaking landscape. Ferry crossing from Breivikeidet to Svensby, then another ferry from Lyngeseidet to Olderdalen.From the village of Olderdalen, drive along the Lyngenfjord. Arrive in Alta where you settle at the ice hotel for the night. You will then find yourself in the ice chapel for your wedding: an unforgettable moment. The ceremony will be held in the chapel nicely decorated for the occasion. After exchanging your vows, you will celebrate with an aperitif at the ice-cream bar, and perform the wedding photos. The event will be followed by a romantic dinner and you will then have access to the hotel’s outdoor jacuzzi, to admire the aurora to end the evening in beauty! DAY 4 - Snowmobile safari and night under dome

Breakfast at the hotel. Start the day with a sauna, then a visit to the ice hotel. You have free access to the hotel and discover a wonderful structure made of snow and ice. Ephemeral, this hotel is rebuilt every year as soon as the weather permits. The ice is sculpted to give shape to furniture: bed, armchair, restaurant tables, bar, wall frescoes… The result is breathtaking and gives a touch of magic to the place.You then go on a snowmobile safari: discover the joys of skiing together on a snowmobile. You will be on the snow-covered tracks and can try yourself at a little speed! Halfway, it will be time to exchange driver and passenger. Return to the ice hotel for lunch, after which you drive back to a huskys farm. Installation in a glass dome: you have a private bathroom with sauna, and a clear view of the sky to admire the northern lights! Dinner at the lodge and night in a glass dome.

JOUR 5 - Safari Huskys

Breakfast at the hotel. It’s time to meet the farm dogs! You get to know the enthusiastic huskys at the idea of going for a run. Two by sleigh, you are in turn musher and passenger. The dogs run at full speed and take you on the paths. You can also pet them at your leisure during breaks, to reward them for their efforts. You then head east. You cross the Finnmark and follow the Porsangerfjord to reach Honningsvåg, at the top of Norway. Overnight at the hotel. Scandic Bryggen or similar.

DAY 6 - Cape North Under the snow

Meet at 11am at the crossing of Skarsvåg, a dozen kilometers from the North Cape. Due to the very heavy snow cover, it is necessary to go there in convoy, escorted by a snowplow. Here you are at the northernmost point of continental Europe, the North Cape. The latter houses a restaurant, a small museum, a chapel. In summer, this is where you can see the midnight sun shining above the horizon. In winter, you can admire the immensity that presents itself to you. Return in convoy at 13h towards Honningsvåg for a moment of relaxation. Overnight at Scandic Bryggen or similar hotel.

DAY 7 - Cruise to Tromsø

Breakfast at the hotel. Travel to Hammerfest in the morning, crossing still magical landscapes covered with snow. You may also see herds of reindeer along the way. The Hurtigruten boat, a coastal express linking Bergen and Kirkenes every day of the year, takes you back to your starting point. You take advantage of the trip to admire the coasts and see the Lyngenalps again from the open sea this time. Be sure to get out on the bridge at nightfall to try and see the Northern Lights. These will be clearly visible from the sea where there is no light pollution and are reflected in the water for a spectacular result! Arrival in Tromsø at night. Overnight at the Clarion Collection Aurora hotel or similar.

DAY 8 to 10 - Getaway in Oslo

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy Tromsø one last day before heading back to the airport. Return of the rental vehicle. Domestic flight to Oslo and private transfer to your hotel. This lively city is surrounded by forests and the splendid Oslofjord. Stroll along the streets and explore the city of the royal family, as well as the main street Karl Johan with its many shops, bars and cafes. Explore Frogner Park, an impressive park with 212 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland and a national symbol with Arkehus Fortress. You can also take a tour of the Bygdøy Peninsula and visit the Viking Museum and its three preserved drakkars, or the Fram Museum and its polar expedition ships. Overnight at Thon Opera Hotel, superior room or similar.

DAY 11 - Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer to Oslo Airport. End of stay.
